This Zinc Plated Carbon Steel Hex Nut is a standard hexagonal locking fastener widely used for mechanical assembly, building engineering, automation equipment and general industrial connection. Made of high-quality carbon steel with complete galvanized surface treatment, it features high structural hardness, excellent anti-rust performance and strong locking capacity. Standard hexagonal size enables quick wrench clamping for easy manual and mechanical tightening, suitable for matching standard bolts and studs in various indoor and outdoor working scenarios.
Fabricated per international metric & DIN standard thread specifications. Complete thread tooth profile ensures smooth screwing without thread slipping, jamming or mismatched assembly clearance. Every nut undergoes thread gauge inspection for tight fit with matched bolts, resisting loosening under regular mechanical vibration.
Professional electro-galvanized surface treatment provides uniform zinc coating covering the entire nut surface including thread inner wall, effectively isolating air, moisture and dust. This enhances rust and oxidation resistance, extending service life in conventional humid, indoor and outdoor working environments.
One-piece hot-forged & stamped carbon steel molding ensures uniform internal metal structure. The hex edge is thickened to resist cracking or rounding off during high-torque tightening. Flat vertical end face ensures even stress bearing, stable locking effect, and excellent load-bearing and anti-torsion performance for long-term fixed assembly.
Standard die forming controls unified hex size, thickness and thread tolerance. Interchangeable for same-spec standard bolts and compatible with electric wrenches, manual wrenches and automatic assembly machines. No manual trimming required for batch installation, improving overall assembly efficiency.
