This series of 303 stainless steel M4 adjusting screw rods are CNC precision turned from free-cutting 303 stainless steel bars. Grade 303 features excellent machinability, convenient for secondary processing such as slotting, drilling, and end face machining. Metric M4 threads are precisely formed for smooth rotation without jamming.
Multiple end configurations are available: flat end, ball end, tip end, stepped structure, slotted head, and hex socket head. Widely used for distance fine-tuning, limit pushing, tension, and height adjustment. Customization on overall length, thread length, and end shape is available for precision assemblies requiring frequent fine adjustment and secondary machining.
Situo Hardware provides CNC custom service for 303 stainless steel M4 adjusting screw rods. The complete production process covers bar cutting, CNC turning, threading, end forming, deburring, and surface treatment. Sampling lead time: 3-5 days. All order volumes are acceptable. Dimension inspection documents and export packaging can be provided.
