These stainless steel hexagon socket grooved screws are integrally CNC precision turned from 304 or 316 stainless steel bar stock. The head features a standard hexagon socket for wrench driving with additional positioning or limiting grooves. They can be tightened and disassembled using a hex wrench, while the grooves provide functions such as limit, anti-rotation, circlip fixing, and position sensing.

Available in industrial-grade 304 and 316 stainless steel. 304 offers good general rust resistance, while 316 provides superior acid and salt-spray resistance for humid, outdoor, and mildly corrosive conditions.

Integral CNC turning completes both inner hex hole and grooves in one process, maintaining tight tolerances for groove width, depth, and position with smooth burr-free groove walls.

Combines hexagon socket drive and head grooves. Hex wrench handles high-torque operations while grooves serve for position-locking and anti-rotation, simplifying mechanical component design.

Vibratory finishing, passivation, and polishing for stainless steel. Passivation improves salt-spray resistance; polishing delivers smooth appearance for exposed positions. All sharp edges are deburred for smooth installation.
