We select dense industrial-grade solid stainless steel bar stock. 304 stainless steel offers excellent rust resistance for conventional workshop conditions; 316 stainless steel provides superior salt spray, acid and alkali corrosion resistance for demanding environments.
The CNC integrated bullet head features uniform radian and smooth transition without burrs. The bullet tip automatically corrects tiny hole position deviations and enables smooth insertion without manual precise positioning, ensuring damage-free assembly.
Optimized for deep-hole assembly and long-stroke limit scenarios, the extended shaft provides uniform stress and strong supporting rigidity, eliminating swing and offset problems during long-span positioning.
The supporting tapered positioning screw features precise CNC machining with full and neat thread teeth for tight occlusion and anti-loosening performance, integrating guiding, positioning and locking functions.
All components are integrally formed in one single clamping process, eliminating secondary processing deviation and internal stress deformation, far exceeding the precision of ordinary stamped and standard parts.
We customize bullet tip radian, taper angle, shaft length, shaft diameter, stepped structure, and special-pitch positioning screws according to customer specifications and assembly requirements.
All finished products undergo full-dimensional inspection, taper calibration, straightness testing, thread gauge detection and simulated assembly testing, with a batch qualified rate over 99%.
