Situo Hardware specializes in custom 304 stainless steel hexagon socket shoulder screws, shoulder stop bolts, mold locating shoulder screws, and CNC non-standard shoulder positioning fasteners. We supply precision hardware for molds, tooling fixtures, testing jigs, automation modules, intelligent equipment, and mechanical positioning assembly.
This series of shoulder screws are integrally CNC machined from 304 stainless steel, featuring precision smooth shoulder sections and hexagon socket heads. Strict tolerances are controlled on shoulder diameter and length to achieve accurate positioning, limiting, and guiding functions. The threaded section provides clamping force, while 304 material delivers excellent rust and corrosion resistance.
Advanced equipment from Japan and Germany including CNC 5-axis and 6-axis machines. Maximum processing outer diameter: 60mm. Minimum control tolerance: 0.001mm.
