The SDVEDON CD6260C is a high-performance gap bed horizontal engine lathe, designed for universal turning of shaft parts, disc sleeve parts, flange parts, and thread workpieces. As a classic gap bed lathe model, it combines high rigidity, wide processing range, and reliable performance, making it an ideal equipment for mechanical processing workshops, repair shops, and small and medium-sized manufacturing enterprises.
Built with a high-strength cast iron gap bed structure, the CD6260C features a removable gap section, achieving a maximum swing in gap of 730mm, which can process larger-diameter disc parts that exceed the bed swing limit, greatly expanding the processing range. The bed guideways are precision ground and hardened, ensuring excellent wear resistance, vibration resistance, and long service life.
Equipped with a 7.5kW high-torque main drive motor, this lathe delivers a spindle speed range of 24-1600rpm (15 steps), easily handling rough turning and finish turning of various materials such as carbon steel, stainless steel, and cast iron. The 80mm large spindle through-hole meets the processing needs of through-hole parts and bar stock, and the ISO-C8/D8 spindle nose has strong versatility, compatible with various chucks and tooling.
