Technical Description
The X6132 Universal Knee-type Milling Machine is a high-performance heavy-duty metal cutting equipment designed for precision machining in industrial manufacturing. With its outstanding rigidity and wide feed speed range, this machine can withstand heavy-load cutting operations, making it an ideal solution for processing planes, slopes, grooves, holes and other complex parts in mechanical manufacturing, mold making, automobile and motorcycle industries.
Equipped with a 7.5kW powerful main motor and 3-support spindle structure, the machine delivers excellent system rigidity and strong load capacity, ensuring stable and efficient cutting performance. The worktable can swivel ±45° horizontally to expand the processing range, while the gear-type speed change structure provides a wide speed adjustment range for easy and quick operation. All guideways are treated with super audio frequency quenching, precision grinding and lapping, matched with a forced lubrication system to improve machining accuracy and extend the service life of the machine.
The machine must be installed on a flat and solid foundation, and leveled strictly according to the installation manual to ensure machining accuracy.
Before operation, check the lubrication system, cooling system and each transmission part to ensure normal operation, and add lubricating oil and coolant as required.
Operators must receive professional training, be familiar with the machine's structure, performance and operating procedures, and strictly follow safety operation rules.
