The SDVEDON UM1460 is a high-precision universal swivel head milling machine, specially designed for efficient multi-process machining of metal workpieces in mechanical processing workshops, mold factories, and manufacturing enterprises. The spindle adopts a 7:24 ISO 50 taper, ensuring stable tool clamping during heavy cutting.
The worktable has a size of 1700×400mm, with 4 T-slots (18mm width, 100mm distance), and can swivel ±45° to realize angle machining. The table has a maximum travel of 1300mm (longitudinal), 420mm (cross), and 600mm (vertical), with a professional power feed system: X/Y axes feed range 25-800mm/min, rapid traverse 800mm/min; Z axis feed range 8-267mm/min, rapid traverse 267mm/min, ensuring precise feed control for different processing requirements.
The distance from the spindle nose to the worktable is 50-650mm (vertical), and the distance from the vertical spindle center to the guideway surface is 0-1000mm, greatly expanding the processing range and adapting to various large and medium-sized workpieces.
