The VMC1370 vertical machining center adopts engineering‑simulated heavy‑duty cast‑iron frame to realize high rigidity with optimized weight. Equipped with 828D CNC system and Taiwan Ta‑da BT50 8000rpm spindle, this 4‑axis capable machine completes milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping within one workpiece clamping. Major structural castings are HT300 high‑strength cast‑iron with optimized rib layout and complete stress‑relief heat‑treatment. X/Y/Z axes adopt Taiwan HIWIN 45 mm roller linear guides paired with C3‑grade precision ball screws. It is fitted with 24‑station disc‑type tool magazine, nitrogen balance system, spindle taper auto air‑blow, timed centralized lubrication and full‑closed CE‑compliant safety enclosure. Suitable for large‑size plate, disc, shell‑shaped workpieces and heavy mold processing. Complete delivery documents and standard after‑sales support are available for bulk‑order customers.
