Serving mold factories and metal‑processing enterprises, the VMC1160 vertical machining center adopts finite‑element‑simulated heavy‑duty cast structure for balanced rigidity and weight. Equipped with FANUC 0i MF(3B) Plus CNC system and Taiwan Okada BT40 12000rpm belt‑drive spindle, this 3‑axis machine completes milling, boring, drilling, reaming and tapping in one‑time workpiece clamping. All main castings are HT300 cast iron with stress‑relief heat‑treatment. X/Y/Z axes adopt Taiwan HIWIN 45 mm roller linear guides with six‑slider Z‑axis support. It is equipped with 24‑station disc‑type tool magazine, spindle oil chiller, Renishaw tool setter and workpiece probe, automatic lubrication and cooling system, full‑closed safety guard. Suitable for plate, disc, shell‑shaped workpieces and mold production. We provide complete delivery documents and standard after‑sales support for bulk‑order customers.
