Heavy-duty universal vertical & horizontal milling machine made of HT200 high-strength cast iron with thick reinforcing ribs. Hardened precision ground guideways ensure long service life. Equipped with convertible vertical/horizontal universal milling head, ±45° swivel worktable. All three axes adopt 15N·m servo motors for stepless adjustable feed. 5.5kW horizontal / 4kW vertical main motor, complete coolant and chip tray system. Description

The SDVEDON XL6436C/XL6436CL universal milling machine is a heavy-duty multi-purpose metal cutting equipment specially designed for mold, machinery and hardware workshops. The whole machine adopts HT200 high-density cast iron integral bed with optimized heavy rib structure, featuring ultra-high rigidity and excellent vibration resistance during heavy cutting.

All guide surfaces are quenched and precision ground to reduce wear and maintain long-term machining accuracy. The universal milling head supports quick switching between vertical and horizontal modes, and multi-angle adjustment to realize spatial inclined surface processing. X/Y/Z three axes are driven by 15N·m AC servo motors, realizing stepless variable feed speed, stable feeding and high processing surface quality.

Worktable supports ±45° rotation, equipped with large-capacity work platform (1325×360 standard / 1600×360 long version optional). Standard 5.5kW horizontal and 4kW vertical spindle motors deliver strong torque for roughing and finishing. The machine is pre-installed with coolant circulation system and chip tray, and the swing control panel is convenient for operation. Multiple optional configurations such as DRO, rotary vise and dividing head are available to meet diversified production demands.

High-Rigidity HT200 Cast Iron Structure

High-strength HT200 cast iron bed with thick reinforcing ribs, strong shock absorption, stable performance under long-time heavy cutting. Hardened precision ground guideways effectively extend service life.

Convertible Vertical & Horizontal Milling Head

Universal swivel head can quickly switch vertical and horizontal processing modes, flexible for complex spatial angle workpiece cutting. 12-level spindle speed covers roughing and finishing.

3-Axis Servo Stepless Feed System

X/Y/Z axes matched with 15N·m servo motors, infinite adjustable feed speed, stable movement and excellent surface finish after cutting. Swing operation panel easy to operate from both sides.

±45° Rotary Worktable

Worktable supports ±45° rotation, greatly expands processing range for chamfer, inclined plane and special-shaped parts. Max bearing capacity up to 350kg.

Install on flat solid concrete ground, use leveling wedges to calibrate horizontal level, prepare stable 380V industrial power supply.
Before startup, check lubricating oil level, coolant liquid and gear meshing condition.
Operators must receive professional training and wear safety protective equipment during processing.
Clean iron scraps on table and guide rails regularly, replenish lubricant and coolant on schedule to retain long-term precision.
Cut off total power supply when replacing cutters or carrying out maintenance work.
