Compact high-rigidity cast iron turret mill with vertical & horizontal NT40 dual spindle. Turret head swivel ±90° left-right, ±45° front-rear; telescopic rocker arm rotates 360° horizontally. X/Y/Z wide rectangular guideways with supersonic quenching & forced lubrication. Vertical 5HP motor, horizontal 3kW motor, Z elevating motor 0.75kW. Supports milling, drilling, boring, tapping in one clamping, optional long worktable and DRO system, gross weight 1600kg.

SDVEDON 6HW vertical & horizontal turret milling machine is a multi-functional metal processing equipment with compact layout and high overall rigidity. The turret milling head can swing 90° left and right, tilt 45° forward and backward; the rocker arm can stretch back and forth and rotate 360° horizontally, greatly expanding the effective machining range to meet multi-angle workpiece processing demands.

X, Y, Z three axes adopt wide rectangular guideways treated by supersonic quenching, precision grinding and scraping, equipped with hand pump forced lubrication system to eliminate low-speed crawling, reduce friction loss and extend machine service life. Both vertical and horizontal spindles adopt NT40 taper, vertical spindle matched with 5HP high-power motor for high-speed finishing, horizontal spindle equipped with 3kW motor for heavy-duty milling cutting.

The machine integrates independent cooling circulation system, adjustable nozzle to control coolant flow volume. Operation panel adopts intuitive graphic symbols for easy operation. It is widely applicable to single piece, small batch and mass production in mold, machinery, electronics, auto parts and other industries, capable of completing milling, drilling, boring, reaming, tapping and other processes in one clamping. Optional accessories include 2-axis DRO, XY automatic power feed, precision vise, milling collet chuck etc.

Whole bed and column adopt high-strength cast iron after aging treatment, excellent vibration absorption performance, stable cutting under long-term heavy load. Telescopic rotary rocker arm improves machining coverage.

Vertical and horizontal spindle unified NT40 taper; vertical 5HP high speed motor (75-4550rpm) for fine machining, horizontal 3kW motor (45-1350rpm) for heavy stock removal, compatible various standard cutting tools.

Turret head ±90° left-right rotation, ±45° front-back tilt, rocker arm 360° horizontal rotation and front-back stretch, flexible for inclined plane and complex profile processing.

XYZ rectangular guideways with supersonic quenching process, hand oil pump centralized lubrication reduces guide wear and avoids low-speed crawling phenomenon.

1. Unpack the machine carefully upon arrival, inspect machine body and all accessories. Contact SDVEDON and logistics supplier immediately if collision damage occurs.
2. Place machine on flat solid concrete ground, adjust horizontal level with wedges, prepare stable 380V industrial power supply.
3. Check lubricant level, coolant volume and each transmission part clearance before formal startup.
4. Operators must receive professional training and wear safety protective equipment during processing.
5. Clean iron scraps on worktable and guide rails regularly, replenish lubricant and coolant on schedule to maintain long-term machining precision.
6. Cut off total power supply when replacing cutters or carrying out equipment maintenance to avoid safety accidents.
