The C6140C-1000 horizontal manual lathe is a widely used general metal turning machine tool, built with integral thick cast iron bed after stress relief annealing, featuring high rigidity, good vibration resistance and long-term precision retention. It is applicable for rough and finish turning, facing, boring, chamfering and various thread cutting of metal workpieces.
The machine has a maximum swing diameter of 400mm over the bed and 230mm over the slide, with 1000mm maximum processing length between two centers, matching medium-length shaft and disc parts processing. The spindle unit adopts ISO-C6 standard spindle nose, Φ52mm through hole and MT6 / 1:20 inner taper, equipped with 12 adjustable speed levels covering 42rpm to 1600rpm, which can adapt to cutting requirements of steel, cast iron, aluminum alloy and other different materials.
Equipped with a complete feed transmission system, the lathe can process 18 kinds of metric threads (0.5-14mm), 28 kinds of inch threads (2-40TPI) and 17 kinds of module threads (0.25-3.5). Longitudinal feed ranges from 0.296 to 8.288mm/rev and cross feed ranges from 0.080 to 2.240mm/rev, realizing flexible control of cutting allowance.
Cross slide travel reaches 220mm and compound rest travel is 120mm, with standard 20×20mm tool shank mounting size for general turning tools. The tailstock sleeve is Φ65mm diameter with 130mm travel, available with MT4 or MT5 taper to firmly support long workpieces.
Power configuration includes 5.5kW main drive motor and 0.09kW cooling pump motor to provide continuous cooling during cutting; 0.12kW rapid feed motor is optional to improve positioning efficiency. The whole machine weighs 1400kg with compact overall size, easy to install and operate, suitable for single piece and small batch production, equipment maintenance and fixture manufacturing.
