The SDVEDON TCK52D is a high-performance 30° slant bed CNC turn-mill lathe, manufactured with HT300 high-grade cast iron via resin sand casting. The integral bed with reasonable rib layout features high rigidity, excellent shock resistance and good chip removal effect.
This machine adopts imported linear roller guides and high-precision THK ball screws, realizing fast feed and long-term stable precision. It is fitted with A2-8 spindle, 10'' hydraulic chuck and 12-station BMT55 power turret, which supports turning, milling, drilling and tapping for composite machining.
The standard configuration includes FANUC 0i TF system, chain chip conveyor, automatic tool setter and voltage stabilizer. Key components are selected from world-famous brands to ensure reliable operation. Widely used in machinery, auto parts and other industries for mass production of shaft and disc workpieces.
30° inclined integral bed made of HT300 cast iron, internal rib structure optimized. Low deformation, strong vibration resistance, suitable for long-term heavy cutting work.
Adopts imported THK ball screws and linear roller guides, low friction, high running stability, effectively guarantee machining accuracy and production efficiency.
12-station BMT55 power turret, tool change time only 0.5s. Live tool power 2.7kW, max speed 4000rpm, meets various composite machining demands.
Equipped with FANUC 0i TF system, 10'' hydraulic chuck, hydraulic tailstock, chain chip conveyor and automatic tool setter. Complete auxiliary devices ensure continuous production.
