500T four‑column three‑beam hydraulic press is heavy‑duty industrial forming equipment. It is widely used for pressing process of plastic materials and pressing molding of various non‑metallic composite materials.
The machine adopts classic three‑beam four‑column structure. Upper beam, sliding slider and worktable form high‑strength rigid frame by 4 columns and locking nuts. Major structural components are high‑quality welded steel plates, finished by vibration aging treatment to eliminate internal welding stress. T‑slots are machined on slider and worktable surface for mould installation and fixing.
Main cylinder piston rod adopts hard‑chrome plating treatment for wear‑resistance and long service life. The independent hydraulic power station adopts advanced cartridge valve system with low flow resistance and reliable action. It is equipped with air cooling device for hydraulic oil cooling.
The electrical control system supports two working modes: fixed‑stroke and fixed‑pressure, with pressure‑holding function. Operators can adjust working pressure and slider stroke according to different forming crafts. Machine supports jog‑adjustment, manual and semi‑automatic cycle operation. Multiple safety protection including emergency stop, over‑pressure and overload protection guarantees operator and equipment safety.
