MK1040‑1 CNC centerless grinding machine is high‑precision industrial grinding equipment, specially designed for mass production of cylindrical shaft‑like metal parts. It supports both through‑feed grinding and in‑feed (plunge‑feed) grinding processes, widely used in auto parts, fastener factories, bearing workshops and precision component manufacturing plants.
The machine adopts integrally‑cast high‑grade grey cast iron bed, which goes through natural aging and multiple tempering treatments to eliminate internal casting stress. Finite element optimized structure brings excellent rigidity and anti‑deformation performance for long‑time continuous grinding.
Grinding wheel head is fixed while regulating wheel head is movable for in‑feed operation. Both grinding wheel and regulating wheel spindles adopt hydrodynamic journal bearings for stable high‑speed rotation. High‑precision cross‑roller linear guideway and ball‑screw servo drive guarantee ultra‑fine feed resolution. Hydraulic driven dresser unit realizes stepless reciprocating speed adjustment for wheel dressing.
Equipped with mature PLC control system and 10.4‑inch touch‑screen operation panel. Pre‑installed dedicated grinding programs for through‑feed and plunge‑feed mode. Operators can flexibly adjust feed rate, rotating speed, processing time. Built‑in fault diagnosis and alarm function simplify daily operation & troubleshooting. Standard large‑capacity coolant tank ensures sufficient cooling during grinding process.
This centerless grinder achieves excellent finished accuracy: roundness 0.002mm, cylindricity 0.003mm, surface roughness Ra0.32μm, well‑suited for grinding hardened steel, carbon steel, alloy steel and other ferrous metal workpieces.
