Product Features:
1. The frame of the plate marking machine is constructed using C-type plate welding, ensuring excellent rigidity and providing a large handling area. The machine is equipped with three die stations, one of which is dedicated to marking, and features automatic die station switching. The clamping system is adaptable to various workpieces, using a zero baffle as the reference point, with the workpiece supported by a rolling-ball work table. The movement of the X and Y axes is controlled by servo motors and ball screws, while the PLC manages the punching position, enabling the entire machining process to be automated. The operator inputs the workpiece program, allowing for repeated use.
2. The steel plate punching machine utilizes CNC technology and servo motor feeding, ensuring high efficiency and consistent workpiece precision.
3. Key functional components are designed with a modular assembly, facilitating ease of maintenance and repair.
4. Carry out punching, marking and drilling on the one plate.
5. The drilling unit has the functions including rapid falling, slow work-feeding and quick feeding back to improve working efficiency.
6. Easy programming, may input the diameter of holes, position and the quantity of work piece to computer, and also may use the program generated by lofting software, or adopt direct conversion CAD/CAM.
7. With faulty self-diagnosis function.
