Structure Features:
1. The machine frame is constructed from a C-shaped welded steel plate, providing excellent rigidity and a spacious operating area.
2. The machine is equipped with three working stations (including one marking position), with automatic station switching.
3. The clamping system accommodates workpieces of varying thicknesses and, together with a reference zero block, ensures the workpiece is securely supported on a ball worktable.
4. The X and Y axes are driven by a servo motor coupled with a ball screw and precision linear guide, controlled by a dual-axis CNC system to achieve accurate punching positioning.
5. The entire processing workflow is fully automated, requiring the operator only to input the workpiece drawing into the computer.
Details:
1. C-shaped open structure: The machine features a C-shaped open design, providing ample space for operational activities.
2. Fully welded steel plate construction: The machine frame, base, and worktable are all fabricated from welded steel plates and undergo aging treatment, ensuring high strength, excellent rigidity, and long-term durability.
3. Four tooling positions: The machine is equipped with four standard tooling positions—two for punching, one for drilling, and one for marking. Tooling position changes are performed automatically.
4. Clamping system: The machine is equipped with two sets of hydraulic clamps for securing steel plates on the worktable. The system accommodates workpieces of varying sizes, incorporates a reference block, and supports the workpiece on a rolling-ball worktable.
5. Movable worktable: The worktable is driven by servo motors coupled with ball screws to control plate movement. Two clamps firmly hold the workpiece during operation.
6. X and Y axis operation: The X and Y axes are driven by dual high-capacity linear rolling guide pairs on both sides, combined with precision ball screws and AC large-inertia servo motors, ensuring high positioning accuracy of the X and Y axes.
7. Push-type lubrication system: The machine is equipped with a manual lubrication system for the linear guides and ball screws.
8. Configuration: All critical hydraulic and electrical components of this machine are imported, offering superior quality, high reliability, low failure rates, and extended service life.
