1. CNC Feeding Carriage
The CNC feeding carriage is composed of a servo-driven transfer carriage, hydraulic clamping assembly, clamping cylinder, oscillating cylinder, servo motor, and related drive components. During operation, the carriage moves along dual high-precision linear guide rails installed on the feeding conveyor, delivering outstanding positioning accuracy, smooth travel, low noise levels, and dependable material feeding performance.

2. Feeding Conveyor
The feeding conveyor is constructed with an integrally formed heavy-duty steel base featuring a non-welded structural design to provide superior rigidity and load-carrying capacity.
