6. The cold-forming function is suitable for processing angle steel sections up to L100 × L100 × 10 mm when the required bending angle does not exceed 5°, ensuring precise deformation control while maintaining dimensional accuracy.

Under standard operating conditions, the average cold-forming cycle requires approximately 10 seconds per workpiece, while thermal forming typically requires approximately 120 seconds, depending on material specifications and component dimensions. Thermal bending is initiated once the workpiece reaches approximately 800°C (red-hot condition), with heating parameters automatically optimized according to material properties and specified bending requirements.
8. During thermal forming operations, operators preset the required processing parameters and activate the automatic cycle using either the start button or a foot pedal. The machine then automatically performs the complete forming sequence, including positioning of the induction heating unit, controlled heating, automatic withdrawal of the heating assembly, hydraulic pressing, ram retraction, and finished workpiece unloading.

9. In the combined thermal and cold-forming mode, production begins immediately after processing parameters have been entered. The hydraulic ram is not required to return to its initial position; instead, the lower forming die automatically rises approximately 100 mm, allowing rapid removal of the finished workpiece and significantly reducing cycle time while improving overall production efficiency.
