The GB4232X45° Angle Cutting Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a horizontal metal band saw designed for precision angle cutting of metal workpieces. The saw frame can be manually rotated from 0° to 45°, allowing operators to perform straight and angled cuts according to different processing requirements.
The machine adopts a hydraulic workpiece clamping system, hydraulic saw-frame feeding, manual blade tensioning and a four-speed blade drive system. The blade cutting direction is vertical, while the saw frame provides adjustable angle positioning for 45° angle cutting.
With hydraulic stepless feed-speed adjustment, adjustable blade speed of 30/45/60/80 m/min, and a maximum 45° angle cutting capacity of 320 * 320 mm, the GB4232X45° is suitable for metal fabrication and applications requiring both straight and angled cuts.
The saw frame can be manually rotated and positioned at any angle between 0° and 45°, providing flexibility for different angle-cutting requirements.
The machine uses a hydraulic clamping system consisting of a worktable, hydraulic cylinder, movable jaw and fixed vise. The vise can be controlled from the operation panel for convenient workpiece clamping and release.
The saw-band feed speed is controlled hydraulically. The feed speed can be continuously adjusted through the control panel, allowing operators to select a suitable cutting feed according to the workpiece and cutting conditions.
The blade speed can be selected from 30, 45, 60 and 80 m/min, providing different cutting speeds for different materials and processing requirements.
The blade guide system consists of left and right guide arms and guide heads. The left guide arm can be adjusted according to the size of the workpiece to help maintain appropriate blade guidance during cutting.
The cooling system supplies coolant to the cutting area through a coolant tank, pump, pipes, valves and nozzles. The system helps improve cutting performance, extend blade life, maintain cutting quality and remove chips from the teeth.
The machine bed adopts a welded box-type structure designed to support the columns, saw frame and hydraulic components. The internal space of the machine bed also serves as the hydraulic oil tank and coolant reservoir.
The hydraulic system controls functions including saw-frame movement, workpiece clamping, angle positioning and other operating functions through the control panel and electromagnetic valves.
