The B-45 CNC Horizontal Band Saw Machine is a high-capacity CNC metal cutting machine designed for efficient and stable cutting of round, square, and other metal workpieces up to 450 mm in cutting capacity.

The machine combines variable-frequency saw band speed control, intelligent stepless feed adjustment, full hydraulic workpiece clamping, hydraulic feeding, magnetic scale positioning, automatic chip removal, and automatic safety protection. These features make the B-45 suitable for demanding metal processing environments where cutting stability, positioning accuracy, productivity, and operator safety are important.

The B-45 adopts a rigid machine structure with a welded and cast construction, precision saw band guiding components, hydraulic systems, and an automatic cooling and chip removal system. Its positioning accuracy can reach 0.2 mm, while the saw band speed can be adjusted from 20 to 100 m/min according to cutting requirements.

The machine supports both manual and automatic operation, and is equipped with a touch-screen interface and physical control buttons for convenient operation.

The B-45 can cut round materials up to Φ450 mm and square/plate materials up to 450 * 450 mm, making it suitable for medium- to large-size metal workpieces.

The saw band speed is adjustable from 20–100 m/min through variable-frequency control, allowing operators to select an appropriate cutting speed for different materials and working conditions.

The feeding speed adopts intelligent stepless adjustment, providing flexible control of the saw frame feed rate during the cutting process.

The workpiece is clamped hydraulically throughout the cutting process. The hydraulic clamping system is designed to accommodate workpieces made from different materials and improve cutting stability.

The rear worktable uses a hydraulic feeding system combined with a magnetic scale positioning system, providing positioning accuracy of up to 0.2 mm.

The machine includes multiple safety functions, including:

A powered steel brush removes chips from the saw band, while the screw chip conveyor automatically transfers saw chips into the collection box. This helps reduce secondary cutting caused by accumulated chips and facilitates chip collection.

The cooling system automatically operates when the saw band starts. Cooling fluid is delivered to the saw band and cutting area to improve cooling performance and help extend saw band service life.

The B-45 supports both manual and automatic operation. The centralized control panel combines a color touch screen with physical buttons for convenient machine control.

The machine is equipped with a bundle cutting device, allowing multiple workpieces to be processed together when suitable for the application.

The machine and feeding system are designed for heavy workpieces. Both the overall machine loading capacity and feeding table capacity are specified at 5 tons.
