A CCD vibrating-knife CNC router is a multifunctional cutting machine that combines a traditional CNC router, an oscillating blade, and a CCD camera vision system. This integrated setup enables accurate machining of rigid materials such as wood, as well as precise cutting of flexible materials or printed patterns.
A CNC router spindle drives high-speed rotating bits designed to mill and engrave rigid materials, including wood, MDF, acrylic, and aluminum.
The oscillating knife tool uses a fast-moving blade operating at tens of thousands of strokes per minute—to cut flexible, soft, and semi-rigid materials smoothly and efficiently, all while keeping the process dust-free.
Built-in CCD camera System, the system automatically identifies and scans alignment marks or printed pattern outlines, allowing the cutter to automatically adjust its toolpath. This ensures accurate positioning and reduces errors when processing pre-printed items.
Versatility: A single machine can handle a wide range of materials and processing needs, saving floor space and cost.
