A CCD vibrating knife CNC router machine is a versatile, computer-controlled cutting system that combines a traditional CNC router with an oscillating knife tool and a CCD (Charge-Coupled Device) camera vision system. This integration allows it to efficiently process rigid materials like wood and precisely cut flexible materials with printed patterns.
The CNC router spindle utilizes rotating milling or engraving bits to cut through tough materials like wood, acrylic, MDF, and aluminum.
The vibrating/oscillating knife features a blade that rapidly moves up and down at high frequencies(tens of thousands of times per minute), cutting through soft, flexible, and semi-rigid materials efficiently and cleanly, without producing heat or dust.
The CCD camera system functions as a "vision system" that automatically identifies and scans registration marks or the edges of printed patterns on materials. This capability enables the machine to adjust its cutting path for precise alignment, ensuring greater accuracy and minimizing material waste when cutting pre-printed items.
