Large-Scale Horizontal Curved-Track Overhead Conveyor System for Painting Lines
This industrial conveyor system is designed for continuous overhead transport of metal, plastic, and other workpieces through complete coating processes, including automated surface pretreatment and subsequent spraying and drying operations.

Motor and reduction gear driving the master sprocket to circulate the traction chain

Applies stable pre-tension to the traction chain and compensates for chain elongation

Oil collection troughs, chain debris collectors, and automatic lubrication with high-pressure atomizing nozzles
