Outline
CF220 is a crane lifted climbling formwork which is mainly designed for high concrete wall structure, formwork and plateform can be integrity moved to next position with just one lift.It also provides multi-level platforms which make your site work much safer & easier .
Component
• ForPro Formwork System: Timber Beam, Steel Waler, Waler Clamp, Lifting Bracket.
• Climbing Brackets: Horizontal Bracket, Diagonal Strut, Vertical Waling, Travelling unit, Waler Hook Bolt.
• Anchoring System: Climbing Cone, Position Cone, Position Disc, High Strength Screw, Embedded Anchor.
Technical Specification
• Main platform width up to 2.2m, provides sufficient space for workers
• Retraction formwork panel up to 60cm, enough panel cleanings space from concrete side
• 3 to 5 levels working platform provides place for concrete pouring, formwork operation and concrete surface repairing etc.

• Formwork panel can be retracted back 60cm from the concrete wall
• Formwork panels and climbing brackets are preassembled one time and can be reused many times
• CF220 climbing formwork is safely anchored on concrete structure during whole working procedure
• One climbing unit will only lost 2 embedded anchors each casting step (one unit is composed of 2 climbing brackets).
• Plywood could possible to be reused 30 times under properly operation.
