Descrition:
Introduction
The climbing formwork CB-240 is mainly used in pouring concrete of piers, high buildings, and so on.
Because the concrete lateral pressure is entirely supported by anchor system and the wall-through tie-rods,
additional reinforcement is not needed. The construction is easy, rapid and economical. One single pouring
height can be adjusted in a wide range, and the surface of concrete is smooth and durable.
There are two types of climbing units for CB-240, that is, pull-push prop type and truss type. CB-240 of the
truss type is suitable for the construction work with heavy bearing load, high altitude formwork installation
and relatively small range of adjustable inclination.

The Characteristics
1 The load of bracket, formwork and other load during construction are all supported by the anchor system.
There is no need to set up scaffolding. It’s suitable for high altitude construction work.
2 One single pouring height can be up to 6 meters, and the formwork unit can move backward 600mm.
3 The formwork can be adjusted horizontally or vertically as requested. The pull-push prop type formwork system
can be so adjusted as to lean forward or backward.
4 Couplings are used for the connection of the formwork units, and therefore they will stand in a straight line.
All connecting parts are on a high level of standardization and universality.
5 The formwork can stick to the concrete tightly by anchoring set to avoid dislocation and leakage.
