Descrition:
Brief Introduction
Climbing bracket GJ190 is mainly used as operating platform during construction. It can be used in
the vertical wall and arced wall. The bracket hangs on the anchor system which is the supporting system
during construction. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble, and the construction is easy , rapid and economical.
The folding climbing bracket is easy to assemble and disassemble, and concvenient for storage, transportation
and reusing.
The system can also be used as climbing formwork in the concrete pouring of vertical or arced wall.
The concrete lateral pressure is entirely supported by anchor system and the wall-through tie-rods,
so additional reinforcement is not needed. The construction is easy, rapid and safe.
The Characteristics
1. The loads of bracket, formwork as well as other loads during construction are completely supported
by the anchor system. There is no need of scaffolding. It’s suitable for construction of projects in high altitude.
2 .The climbing bracket could be folded , and It is convenient to assemble, save and reuse.
3 .The formwork can lean forward or backward by adjusting the pull-push prop, and it can reach an inclination
of 18 degrees at most.
4 .All connectors are on a high level of standardization and universality.
5. All components are connected in an assembling way, which is convenient, flexible and reliable.
6 .Long and short pull-push props work together to adjust the formwork in veritcal direction.
7. It can be applied for supporting arced formwork or panel formwork, on a case-by-case basis according to the design.
