The Millipacs 2mm Hard Metric Series Right Angle Receptacle Connectors offer a cost-effective, flexible, and standardized board-to-board interconnection system in a Hard Metric (HM) configuration. Designed in accordance with IEC 917, IEC 61076-4-101, and Telcordia GR-1217-CORE standards, this popular backplane connector system is ideal for chassis-based packaging across Communications, Data, Energy, Medical, and Industrial & Instrumentation segments. The series features modularity, scalability, and hybrid options including signal, power, and coaxial contacts, enabling versatile circuit designs with data rates up to 3Gb/s. Its design ensures adequate spacing for PCB trace routing, optimizing board layers and reducing real estate compared to 2.54mm pitch connectors. Available in standard signal modules of 5 and 8 rows, with options for up to 125 or 200 signal contacts per 50mm length respectively, and hybrid configurations.
