The Millipacs 2mm Hard Metric Series - Right Angle Receptacle Connectors offer a cost-effective, user-flexible, and standardized board-to-board interconnection system. Designed in accordance with IEC 917, IEC61076-4-101, and Telcordia GR-1217-CORE standards, these connectors are a popular choice for backplane applications. They are extensively used in Communications, Data, Energy, Medical, and Industrial & Instrumentation segments, particularly for chassis-based packaging. The series features modularity, scalability, and hybrid options including signal, power, and coaxial contacts, enabling versatile circuit design with data rates up to 3Gb/s. The right-angle receptacles mate with vertical and right-angle headers, providing adequate spacing for PCB trace routing and optimizing board layers.
