The Amphenol ICC CFP4 series is a 56-position, 0.6mm pitch connector designed for multi-hundred Gb/s systems. It features insert molding assemblies for top-side contacts and press-fit cage assemblies, rated for 25Gb/s per channel with resonance dampening for enhanced signal integrity. Offering up to 60% lower power consumption compared to CFP, the CFP4 series includes a plug connector on the mating interface for improved accuracy and high-speed performance. It supports customized solutions with an optional riding heat sink for effective thermal dissipation and is compliant with IEEE and ITU-T applications. Target markets include Metro Area Networks, Carrier Networks, Data Centers, and Large Data Center Campus Connectivity.
