The Automatic Servo Piston Filling Capping Labeling Line is designed for automatic filling and packaging of shampoo, cream, lotion, honey and other liquid or viscous products.
The production line combines material feeding, servo piston filling, cap feeding, capping and labeling into a continuous packaging process. The servo motor drives the piston filling system, providing precise filling control and convenient volume adjustment for different bottle sizes and production requirements.
Multiple anti-drip filling nozzles improve filling efficiency while helping reduce dripping, stringing and product waste. The four-way valve provides stable material circulation and reliable sealing performance throughout the filling process.
The machine adopts a PLC and touch screen control system, allowing operators to adjust filling parameters and monitor machine operation through a user-friendly interface.
Optional automatic cap feeding, capping and labeling equipment can be integrated according to bottle shape, cap type and labeling requirements, making the line suitable for cosmetic, personal care, food and daily chemical production.
