The heating filling machine is suitable for quantitative filling of various liquid (paste) products such as: cooling oil, panacea, foundation cream, hair wax, disc lipstick, lip gloss and other packaging products.

The interlayer heating of the barrel can ensure that the raw materials are heated evenly. The pump and filling nozzle are independently heated, and there is no heating dead angle.

Through the gear pump motor piston type quantitative filling method, the filling is more stable and fast, and the low noise makes the production environment more comfortable.

The barrel is lifted and lowered, and PLC program control makes the operation simpler and the staff easier to use.
