The 150L Mobile Sanitary Buffer Tank is designed for temporary storage, buffering and transfer of shampoo, liquid detergent, cosmetic liquids, oils, juice and other compatible liquid materials.
The tank adopts a single-layer stainless steel structure with smooth sanitary product-contact surfaces. SUS304 or SS316L material can be selected according to product requirements.
A removable top cover, sanitary discharge valve, side handles and caster wheels provide convenient filling, discharge, cleaning and movement between production areas. The tank can be used between mixing equipment and filling machines as a holding tank, intermediate tank or transfer tank.

1. What is this tank mainly used for?
It is mainly used for temporary storage, buffering and transfer of liquid materials between mixing and filling processes.
2. What products can be stored?
It can store compatible shampoo, detergent, liquid soap, cosmetic liquids, oils, juice, water and other low or medium viscosity liquids.
3. Is this a pressure tank?
No. The shown configuration is better described as an atmospheric storage or buffer tank, not a certified pressure vessel.
If pressure operation is required, a separately designed pressure-rated vessel should be selected.
4. Can this tank store liquefied carbon dioxide?
No. The shown atmospheric storage tank should not be used for liquefied CO2.
Liquefied CO2 requires a specially designed pressure vessel.
5. What is the standard capacity?
