The Liquid Soap Detergent Homogenizing Mixing Tank is designed for mixing, homogenizing and processing shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, liquid soap, detergent and other cosmetic or daily chemical products.
The machine combines low-speed agitation and high-shear homogenization in one stainless steel tank. The main agitator provides continuous material circulation, while the homogenizer creates stronger shear force for improved dispersion and a smoother, more uniform finished product.
The tank can be configured with a double jacket for heating or cooling, making it suitable for formulations requiring controlled processing temperatures. SUS304 and SS316L stainless steel options provide durability, corrosion resistance and convenient cleaning.
Different capacities, motor powers and control configurations can be customized according to product viscosity, batch size and production requirements.

It is suitable for liquid soap, detergent, shampoo, shower gel, conditioner, body wash and other cosmetic or daily chemical products.
2. Does the machine include a homogenizer?
Yes. The machine can combine a main agitator and high-shear homogenizer to provide both general mixing and finer material dispersion.
3. What is the mixing speed?
The supplied configuration lists approximately 0–63 rpm for the main mixing system.
4. What is the difference between mixing and homogenizing?
The main mixer circulates and blends the entire batch, while the homogenizer creates stronger shear force to break down and disperse ingredients more finely.
