The Mobile Pneumatic Perfume Mixing Storage Tank is designed for mixing, temporary storage and transfer of perfume, fragrance, cosmetic liquids and other chemical liquid products.
The tank combines sealed storage, pneumatic agitation, sanitary feeding, CIP cleaning and mobile handling in one compact stainless steel system. The pneumatic mixer drives the internal double impellers to provide continuous and uniform material circulation while maintaining a simple and reliable mixing structure.
The sealed manhole uses a thickened cover, silicone sealing ring and secure clamp design to reduce air exposure during storage and mixing. An air filter helps prevent external impurities from entering the tank during material suction or pressure balancing.
SUS304 or SUS316L stainless steel can be selected according to product requirements. Standard capacities include 50L, 100L, 200L and 300L, while larger customized capacities are available according to production needs.
