Introduction
The PP Anti-Corrosion Mixing Tank is designed for batch mixing and blending of corrosive chemical liquids where stainless steel or ordinary metal tanks may not be suitable.
The tank body is manufactured from polypropylene (PP), providing good resistance to many acidic, alkaline and cleaning chemical formulations. A top-mounted agitator provides steady material circulation, with an adjustable mixing speed of approximately 0–80 rpm.
Standard capacities include 500L, 1000L, 1500L, 2000L and 3000L, while other capacities can be customized according to production requirements. The vertical tank structure, bottom discharge outlet and optional operating platform make the equipment suitable for industrial production of toilet cleaner, bleach, acidic cleaners, alkaline cleaners and other compatible chemical liquids.
The current design is intended mainly for atmospheric mixing rather than pressurized chemical reactions.
