2,There is advanced scraper blending machine, with the working of eccentricity, the PTPE (F4) composite plate touch the boiler correctly and solve the problem of sticking materials. The ideal stepless speed adjustment device, can adjust rotation within 0-60rpm willingly.

3, advanced homogenizing system imported from USA ROSS Company, the homogenizer is in the bottom to ensure homogenizing material even with small productivity. The sealing adopts recycled water cooling system and can work long time, conquer homogenizing problem regarding to high viscosity materials. A frequency conversion speed adjustment controller to satisfy kinds of complicate ingredients (Emulsifying capacity 3 times per minute) upper homogenizer as option to work with upper homogenizing and emulsifying so that the material emulsifying effect is better; product is more bright and luminous.

Yes. SUS316L can be selected when greater corrosion resistance or higher sanitary requirements are needed.

2. Can powdered ingredients be added during mixing?
Yes. Compatible thickeners, surfactants and other powdered ingredients can be added during the mixing process. Difficult-to-disperse materials may require an additional high-shear system.

3. How can excessive foam be reduced when making shampoo or liquid soap?
Mixing speed, ingredient addition sequence and agitator operation can be adjusted to help control excessive foam during production.

4. Can a vacuum system be added to reduce bubbles?
Yes. A vacuum configuration can be customized when the production process requires deaeration or lower air incorporation.

5. Can auxiliary tanks be added to the system?
Yes. Auxiliary tanks can be used for premixing, dissolving or preparing ingredients before they are transferred into the main mixing tank.

6. Can materials be transferred automatically between tanks?
Yes. Pumps, valves and pipelines can be configured for material transfer according to the required process.
