Introduction
The Double Jacket Stainless Steel Mixing Tank is designed for batch mixing, blending and temperature-controlled processing of liquid and semi-viscous products.
The top-mounted agitator operates at an adjustable speed of 0–60 rpm, providing steady circulation without excessive high-speed shearing. This makes the tank suitable for products such as shampoo, liquid soap, shower gel, body wash and liquid detergent.
The double-jacket structure allows the production process to be combined with heating or cooling according to formulation requirements. The machine is equipped with an electrical control panel for convenient mixing and temperature adjustment, while the bottom sanitary outlet helps simplify product discharge after processing.
Its compact mobile frame is especially suitable for flexible small and medium batch production where different formulations are produced in the same workshop.
