The 1000L Shampoo Conditioner Body Wash Hand Sanitizer Homogenizer Mixing Equipment is designed for medium and large batch production of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand sanitizer, liquid soap, detergent, cosmetic lotion and other daily chemical products.
The system combines wall scraper mixing, variable-speed agitation, optional high-shear homogenization, heating, cooling and discharging in one stainless steel processing unit. The wall scraper mixer continuously circulates material while reducing product buildup on the vessel wall, improving mixing uniformity and heat transfer.
The standard 1000L configuration is suitable for industrial batch manufacturing, while capacities from approximately 50L to 5000L can be customized according to production requirements. Steam or electric heating, frequency converter speed control, PLC control, vacuum deaeration and CIP cleaning can be configured according to the customer's formulation and production process.
1. What products can this 1000L mixing equipment produce?
It is suitable for shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand sanitizer, liquid soap, detergent, cosmetic lotion and other daily chemical products.

No. The reference model is 1000L, while approximately 50L to 5000L capacities can be customized.
