Founded in February 1984, OUCO Industry occupies a 48,000-square-meter facility, including 35,000 square meters of construction area. Our headquarters in Jiangsu Province, the heart of China's crane industry, positions us at the center of advanced machinery manufacturing.
Our team of over 150 employees includes 20 skilled technical staff, among them five senior-level and 10 mid-level professionals. We employ 50 certified welders holding qualifications from leading institutions such as CCS and ABS. OUCO also maintains a dedicated team of certified flaw detection experts, quality system auditors, and experienced inspection personnel, ensuring the highest quality standards.
OUCO provides high-quality handling equipment and one-stop solutions for the marine and port industries. We develop, design, and manufacture marine cranes, grab buckets, LARS systems, and environmental protection products. Our products serve a wide range of industries, including metallurgy, shipbuilding, ports, power generation, petroleum, building materials, wind power, and chemicals.
With strategic operations across Europe, Asia, Africa, Australia, and the Middle East, OUCO serves a diverse global clientele. Our annual steel structure production capacity is 11,000 tons.

| History: | 1984Wuxi Linglong Machinery Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on the machinery processing industry. 1987Expanded into the production of truck cranes. 1994Commenced the manufacturing of marine cranes and port equipment. 2000OUCO cranes achieved widespread recognition and strong sales across the domestic market. 2008Jiangsu Guanhai Heavy Industry and Technology Co., Ltd. was established, focusing on advanced port equipment manufacturing. 2009"Guaihai" was officially registered as a renowned trademark in China. 2010Grab buckets, container spreaders, and eco-hoppers were widely adopted in major domestic ports. 2012Jiangsu OUCO Marine and Environmental Technology Co., Ltd. was established, initiating the production of marine desulfurization and denitration equipment. 2013Began exporting cranes and port equipment globally through trading partners. 2015International exports accounted for half of the company's total output value. 2016Established a dedicated foreign trade department comprising international sales specialists and after-sales service technicians. "OUCO" was officially registered as an independent trademark. 2017Merged three key subsidiaries to officially establish OUCO Industry. 2018Strengthened global commitments by expanding the international sales team to meet surging worldwide demand. 2023–2024Actively engaged with global clients at premier international maritime exhibitions—including Marintec China (Shanghai), NEVA (St. Petersburg), Asia Pacific Maritime (Singapore), Ocean Expo Ningbo, and Seatrade Maritime Logistics Middle East (Dubai)—securing significant new orders. 2025Stepped up investments in R&D, leading to the successful development of patented technologies such as the Active Heave Compensation (AHC) Device. OUCO also participated twice in the formulation of national industry standards. 2026Established branch offices in Singapore and Dubai while aggressively expanding into the European market, highlighted by key participations in Posidonia (Greece) and Nor-Shipping (Norway). |
