Functions include pre-milling, gluing, edge cutting, end trimming, rough trimming, fine trimming, corner trimming, scraping, buffing, and slotting. Key Features
This edge bander is ideal for building an automatic production line. Stability and controlled ability are the most important factors for equipment to be part of a production line.
Pre-milling equipment with double trim-blades works on the waved effect that is caused by a precise saw.
The glue mechanism adopts a special structure to gelatinize the plates and coating materials uniformly, ensuring a more solid conglutination.
The end-trimming mechanism uses a precise guide track movement, adopting automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure a smooth cutting surface.
The rough and fine trimming unit, with two individual high-frequency motors, trims the exceeding edge on the top and bottom sides of the panel, ensuring the top and bottom sides of the edge are smooth and even.
Scraping unit for a perfect finishing of the applied edge.
The buffing device adopts a board processed by a cotton polishing wheel, using end-polishing to make a smoother surface.
Grooving is an optional function for the edge banding machine. It is used to slot out one groove on the panel to install glass, back panel, etc.
