Key Features

Pre-milling unit with double trim blades eliminates the wavy effect caused by the precision saw.
Special glue mechanism gelatinizes plates and coating materials uniformly, ensuring a more solid bond.
End-trimming mechanism uses a precise guide track movement with automatic tracking and a high-frequency motor fast cutting structure to ensure a smooth cutting surface.
Rough and fine trimming units feature two individual high-frequency motors that trim the excess edge on the top and bottom sides of the panel, ensuring both sides are smooth and even.
Scraping unit provides a perfect finish on the applied edge.
Buffing device uses a cotton polishing wheel for end-polishing, resulting in a smoother surface.
Grooving (optional). Used to slot a groove on the panel for installing glass, back panels, and similar components.
