The XY Heavy-duty Grizzly Feeder, developed by Sichuan Xinyida Machinery, is a purpose-built feeding solution for primary crushing applications where raw material contains excessive clay, moisture, or fines. Drawing on years of feeder manufacturing expertise and in-depth research into vibration mechanics, this unit effectively resolves the common industry challenge of reduced crushing efficiency caused by muddy feed stocks.
Designed for High-Capacity Operation
The feeder employs a combined shaft eccentricity and block eccentricity excitation system, generating powerful vibratory force that withstands the impact of large falling materials. This heavy-duty construction ensures reliable performance under the most demanding quarry and mining conditions, delivering high processing capacity while maintaining structural integrity.
Three-Stage Grizzly for Effective Pre-screening
At the heart of the machine is a specially engineered three-stage grizzly bar section that prevents feed blockages and efficiently removes mud, fines, and small-sized gravel before they enter the crusher. This pre-screening function not only reduces wear on downstream equipment but also significantly increases coarse crushing throughput, optimizing the entire production line.
Variable Frequency Drive for Precise Feed Control
Equipped with a variable frequency speed-regulating motor, the feeder allows quick and convenient adjustment of feed flow. Built to Last with Advanced Manufacturing
The side plates are constructed from high-yield strength steel with specially reinforced exciter areas. The screen body utilizes Huck rivets and a hemming process, eliminating weld-induced stress concentration and preventing frame loosening or deformation over time. This non-welded design delivers exceptional fatigue strength and outstanding durability.
The entire screen body is machined on gantry boring and milling equipment, guaranteeing precise alignment and concentricity for exciter assembly. Bearing housings are produced from special alloy steel to resist wear and prevent outer race rotation, drastically reducing maintenance frequency.
An advanced thin-oil lubrication system, paired with a labyrinth seal design, ensures superior cooling, simplified cleaning, and leakage prevention, extending bearing service life by more than double compared to conventional grease-lubricated systems.
