The feeder employs a combined shaft eccentricity and block eccentricity excitation system, generating powerful vibratory force that withstands the impact of large falling materials. Three-Stage Grizzly for Effective Pre-screening
At the heart of the machine is a specially engineered three-stage grizzly bar section that prevents feed blockages and efficiently removes mud, fines, and small-sized gravel before they enter the crusher. This pre-screening function not only reduces wear on downstream equipment but also significantly increases coarse crushing throughput, optimizing the entire production line.
Variable Frequency Drive for Precise Feed Control
