Tire Trailer Chassis with Hydraulic Support Legs: The 2-axle/3-axle tire trailer chassis allows the SWC106 to be transported directly on public highways using a standard tractor unit — no low-bed trailer or specialized transport required. Once on site, the integrated hydraulic support legs enable rapid leveling and setup, slashing deployment time from days to hours and accelerating the transition to full production.
Integrated Feeding-Crushing-Conveying System: The SWC106 integrates the FD9638 vibrating feeder, SC106 jaw crusher, B1000 main belt conveyor, and RCYD-8 iron remover into a single cohesive unit. This eliminates the need for separate interconnecting structures and field assembly, significantly reducing site preparation and commissioning costs.
Magnetic Iron Removal Protection: The standard RCYD-8 suspended magnetic separator continuously removes tramp iron and ferrous contaminants from the material stream before it enters the crushing chamber.
