Signal verification is maintained through continuous, real-time current-to-voltage read-back. The module monitors actual loop current and cross-references it against the internal setpoint commanded by the Main Processors (MPs). This diagnostic detects high-impedance faults, open-loop field wiring, and "stuck-at" conditions without external hardware. Galvanic isolation (1500V) is standard across all 16 channels, shielding the TMR backplane from field-side EMI, grounding transients, and 24V bus fluctuations.
