PM573-ETH serves as the processor module within the AC500 architecture.
Two configurable RS-232 / RS-485 interfaces support programming and the documented serial communication functions.
The integrated Ethernet interface provides network communication together with the documented web server and IEC 60870-5-104 functions.
The processor includes an SD memory-card slot, LCD display, status LEDs and front function keys for controller operation and status handling.
PM573-ETH is used as the PLC processor in AC500 control systems where controller execution, serial communication, FBP connectivity and Ethernet communication are required.
A processor fault can interrupt the PLC control sequence and connected automation functions. Before replacement, confirm the installed hardware, terminal-base arrangement and project configuration to reduce commissioning downtime.
