Optional equipment includes touch-screen control, frequency speed regulation, automatic temperature control, vacuum feeding system, dust collection unit, cooling mixer connection, weighing and batching integration, storage hopper, material conveying system, and customized voltage or safety configurations.
The mixing blades rotate at high speed to create intensive friction between the materials and the inner wall of the mixing chamber. This process generates heat naturally while dispersing every ingredient evenly. After reaching the preset temperature or mixing time, the discharge valve opens automatically, and the mixed materials move to the cooling stage or the next production process.
