The SHR-300A is widely used in PVC flooring, SPC flooring, WPC products, PVC pipe production, PVC profile manufacturing, cable compounds, plastic recycling, masterbatch production, chemical powder processing, and building material industries. It delivers reliable hot mixing performance before cooling, extrusion, or further processing.
Suitable for PVC resin, calcium carbonate, CPE, ACR processing aids, titanium dioxide, lubricants, stabilizers, pigments, fillers, recycled PVC powder, mineral powders, and other free-flowing powder materials.
The mixer can be equipped with PLC automatic control, Delta electrical components, variable frequency drive, automatic temperature monitoring, vacuum loading system, dust collection equipment, stainless steel discharge valve, cooling mixer connection, and customized electrical standards such as CE or UL-compliant components.
The SHR-300A uses high-speed rotating blades to generate strong mechanical friction between raw materials and the mixing chamber. This process heats the materials rapidly while ensuring even distribution of every ingredient. Once the target temperature or mixing time is reached, the system automatically discharges the mixed material into a cooling mixer or the next production process.
