Automatic Batching System with Multi-Ingredient Weighing for Industrial Production
The Intelligent Automatic Batching System is developed for accurate weighing, automatic ingredient dosing, and continuous material feeding in modern industrial production. By combining high-precision load cells, intelligent PLC control, and flexible conveying solutions, the system automatically batches multiple raw materials according to stored production recipes, ensuring stable product quality and reducing labor costs.
The system supports both batch and continuous production processes. Different materials are stored in individual hoppers and automatically discharged into the weighing hopper through screw feeders or vacuum conveying systems. Once the target weight is reached, the feeding unit stops automatically before transferring the material to the mixer or downstream production equipment.
